TERMS OF SERVICE

Please be aware, when commissioning Star Puppy Studio you are agreeing to these terms.Star Puppy Studios has the right to refuse a commission or stop a commission if terms are breached.

GENERAL INFORMATIONI’ve been a maker for less than one year— that being said, imperfections are impossible to avoid as each of my pieces are handmade by me. I do my best to give you a high quality suit and do my best to turn your ideas into reality !
Please communicate any problems you have with your suit to me but please do understand I have my limits to what I can do. Overall just a bit of understanding that I'm a newer maker really goes along way, if youre not okay with imperfections I recommend going to a more experienced maker !EXPECTED TIME OF COMPLETIONI am a college student who does art commissions as well, meaning that delays are very likely! I do my best to be as efficient as possible with my suits since I know often times how exciting it can be to receive a suit. However I am a one person team and often times life happens, I will ALWAYS communicate any delays at all to you if needed, please always feel free to ask me any questions or updates on your suit. I will always do my best to respond as quickly as possible, as well if you have a time you need your suit by please make this clear to me. I will do my best to get it done as soon as possible!
(additional fee for jumping my queue may be possible so please understand)

ALLERGIESI do my best to keep any kind of food or pet away from all my projects, however I have a pet cat that often times likes to spend time with me and likes to sit with me in my sewing room. Please tell me of any allergies you may have and if i have to take extra steps especially with my cat to keep him away !PAYMENTOnly accept payment in USD through paypal.
Payment upfront is always most preferred and allows me to start on your project as soon as possible, however I do understand that payment plans are often necessary and I’m completely okay with that.
For the time being I am quite flexible with payment options for plans, meaning if an emergency comes up I'm okay with putting your commission on hold, please just communicate this to me. I would NEVER want to put someone in a bad financial situation due to commissioning me, please always consider your financial situation before commissioning me to try and avoid this.
However please understand that the slower you are to paying off your suit, the slower I will be to starting your suit, due to commissioners who finish there payments take priority always!
There is a Cancellation Fee of $150+ if you decide to back out of a commission. I invest a lot of time and effort working with clients and especially if materials are ordered, that’s money I can not get back. I understand that things may happen but you must understand that I am a living human too who invest a lot of time into my business.
I will NOT be repaying any payments already made to me, especially if materials are ordered. Please understand i am not a bank you can put money into and decide later on to take it out. I have my own life expenses and simply can not afford doing that. Please understand this is for my safety and I’m willing to work with customers to work out what works best !
PLEASE DO NOT chargeback on Paypal. This will get you blacklisted and unable to commission me again in the future. If you want to discuss getting your money back please just communicate to me and we will work out the problem !

COSTUME PERMISSION AND CHARACTER RIGHTSIf for any reason you choose to sell your suit, I do not allow a price increases onto the price you paid for your suit unless significant change has been made (ex: full refurb, changed colors, added horns, etc.)
If you purchase a pre-made suit from me you get full artistic rights over the character design and can change it as you see fit.
I do not allow my work to be used to represent or support hateful and bigoted ideologies. If I am made aware that you are breaking this rule, you will be blacklisted from commissioning or purchasing from me again and blocked on all my accounts. Using my suits for consensual 18+ / NSFW interactions is fine.SHIPPING AND RETURNSYour items will not be shipped until I receive the full payment agreed upon. I will let you know when your item is shipped and provide you with a tracking number. I am not responsible for any damages that may occur while your item is in transit.
If your item is damaged significantly when delivered, message me, I do free repairs for up to 6 months.
Client must pay round trip shipping for damaged items needing repair. If you are sending your suit for repairs I will only accept it if it has been properly cleaned beforehand. I am also able to help walk you through small repairs like popped seams.

FURSUIT PRICING

Please remember that these prices are BASE PRICES, things like more colours (more than two), complex markings and extra feature WILL make your suit more expensive. You can receive a free quote, which will be a more accurate price, if you get in contact with me, after which you can fill out an application— please DO NOT try to haggle or get these prices reduced, it is rude.

All Star Puppy Studio fursuits come with a personalized reference sheet of your character, a printed badge with lanyard and a goodie-bag included with the base price of your fursuit !
All Tails come with a hidden belt loop.
